WE’RE HIRING

We’re looking for part-time, full-time, and on-call Cleaning Pros to join our team at Sage + Spruce Collective.

If you’re passionate about providing exceptional cleaning services and are ready to be part of a growing, local business, we want to hear from you. 

    • You choose when you work by accepting/declining offered work 

    • Plan up to 21 days in advance (load up one week, take the next off!)

    • Choose the properties you prefer and stick with them, or switch it up

    • All supplies are provided and available at our office for easy restocking 

    • Ideal for a side hustle or steady, everyday work

    • Shifts range from ~90 minutes to 8 hours, depending on the home

    • Cleaning and turning over professionally managed short-term rentals

    • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed

    • Changing and laundering linens for a fresh, guest-ready setup

    • Restaging furniture and décor to match listing photos

    • Reporting maintenance issues or damage

    • Following detailed checklists in Breezeway to ensure consistent, high standards

    • Availability to start work at 11:15 AM (minimum 2 hours per shift)

    • Reliable transportation

    • Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work

    • Flexible, dependable, and self-motivated

    • Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and stay active during shifts

    • $22–$32 per hour, based on experience

    • $18/hour driving rate for properties over 25 minutes from your home base

    • Bi-weekly pay via Gusto

    • All federal holidays off (unless you want the extra hours)

    • Eligible for per-clean incentives, performance bonuses, and holiday bonuses
